The quality commitment of our products

AUDEMARD has committed to the quality of its production by complying with different French and European standards applied to all materials (aggregates or ready-mixed concrete) designed for incorporation in public works, civil engineering or construction structures, that before being marketed must be certified according to these standards.

  

Marking aggregates …


Since 2004, a European aggregates production control system has been set up: marking.
Our aggregates are thus subject to European inspection and testing standards NF EN XP P 18-545 and NF P 11-300.
To meet these aggregate marking specifications and provide our clients with quality and even better services, we have opted for a quality management system that is formalized by an Aggregated Production Control Manual (APCM).

NF concrete standards….

Our concretes comply with European standard NF EN 206-1 applicable to all structural concretes. These standards contain precise rules concerning the specification, manufacture, delivery and conformity inspection of concretes.
Each concrete mixing plant operates based on an automation system that manages and monitors each production stage. The scheduling implement in our concrete mixing plants, certified NF, is optimized with the GPS tracking of our truck fleet.


Laboratory testing …

To meet the requirements of the quality plan, we constantly run tests and inspects using our internal laboratories and with the support of recognized outside laboratories.
The tests performed in-house are carried out by highly qualified laboratory technicians who use advanced techniques, software and high-performing equipment to comply with aggregate and concrete quality requirements.
