Permanent action to control risks

At Audemard, we are convinced that safety is an action that must be carried out unceasingly to enable us to control our business risks and reach our zero-accident goal.
It is with this determination that we have set five objectives for ourselves:

Inform and train our teams and partners on business risks.
Ensure that Health & Safety rules and procedures are rigorously applied on our sites.
Periodically check the application of these rules and procedures.
Immediately set up corrective actions.
Develop a progress approach by seeking preventive actions for accidents and implementing the continuous improvement of working conditions.
Safety for the individual….safety for everyone !

Our Health/Safety management system is based above all on preventive action that involves a safety reflex that must be adopted by individuals and the collective alike.

.
. Awareness-raising with our employees is relayed by the involvement of management on our sites and the communication of good safety practices.
Audemard’s communication material includes, for the quarries for example, our Supervisory Staff Manual that is a common reference or our safety booklets intended for all our personnel.
In the field, these actions yield many more actions, like the implementation of various equipment items: personal protection (hard hats, masks, safety goggles etc.), aerial lifts for elevated work, high voltage line detectors for our concrete pump trucks,
mobile shelters for miners during blasting etc.
Furthermore, specific safety training is organized for our personnel, supplemented by periodic updates (electrical, first aid certifications, driver safety training etc.).
