My activity in the company? BPE method technician (scheduling, logistics, sales assistance and billing agent)

Since when ? 4 years seniority at LBN but 13 in the profession. What does my job consist of? What I like the most in my job is being able to follow the entire process from the sale of ready-to-mix concrete to managing the fleet of concrete mixers, receiving orders from clients and planning their needs, satisfying them in terms of quantity, quality and delivery time, billing the services and monitoring payments. My job requires method, organization, rigor and a lot of diplomacy! Is it hard to be a woman in a man’s world? NO, I call on my experience (13 years in concrete pump scheduling) and on my personality that I’m told is STRONG! You have to know how to stand up for yourself and get respect.
My company ? I’m proud to belong to a strong group with important human values. My professional future? Evolving towards a job that includes technical and sales aspects and why not, someday become an operations manager.

Since I’ve been a mixing plant operator, mixing plant supervisor and today, a quality operations manager.
