History
Four generations of men and women have succeeded one another at audemard always with the same passion for entrepreneurship.
Aggregate production, the manufacture of ready-mix concrete, the operation of landfills and the recovery of inert materials as well as the production of prefabricated concrete elements.
AUDEMARD is the expertise and dynamism of the men and women who meet challenges with passion every day on nearly 30 production centers in France and abroad!
Recognized for its professionalism, AUDEMARD also participates on large construction sites worldwide as a partner supplier of materials.
This action is the subject of continuous improvement of the good environmental practices of our industrial units.
Therefore, the establishment of dust sensors, noise measurements, water treatment facilities, track watering, dust and cement filters, concrete recyclers, photovoltaic panels, vibration measurements, sequential mine blasting, the cladding of facilities, the creation of landscaped areas …are some examples of achievements which help to minimize the environmental impact of our activities.
The environmental dimension of our businesses is made possible thanks to the actions undertaken by our operational managers, the consideration of the environment in their activities, and by a strengthening of our communication with our residents.
For us, the wealth of human relations is second nature which is placed at the heart of our hierarchical relationships.
We also strongly believe in the value of work which is the source of success, self-fulfillment and social progress: we are building our future on our passion for developing our skills and professionalism.
The transparency of our actions, fulfillment of our commitments, and consideration for others are some of the values that have been transmitted to us and which we, in turn, wish to pass on to future generations.
Finally, the partnership with our clients, through innovation, responsiveness, and performance are permanent challenges which motivate our teams.
Four generations of men and women have succeeded one another at audemard always with the same passion for entrepreneurship.
AUDEMARD is committed to the quality of its products by respecting the various European and French standards that apply to all materials (aggregates or ready-to-use concrete) intended to be used in public works, civil engineering projects, or buildings. Before being marketed, the materials must meet these standards.
The operation of each concrete plant is based on an automation system which ensures the management and monitoring of each step of the production. The scheduling of our NF-certified concrete plants is optimized thanks to GPS tracking of our truck fleet.
At Audemard, we recognize that safety actions must be continuously pursued in order to control our business risks and achieve our goal of zero accidents. With this determination, we have established five objectives:
Everyone’s safety means safety for everyone!
Our system of Health/Safety Management is primarily focused on a preventative action that requires everyone to participate in safety measures.
This awareness among our teams is supported by our on-site management and well-communicated safety practices.
Audemard has developed communication tools for our quarry staff, including our Personnel Manual, which is a shared resource, and safety pamphlets.
These actions are reflected on the ground in many ways, such as implementing the use of various materials: personal protective equipment (helmets, masks, goggles, etc.), lifts for work at high elevations, high-voltage detectors for our concrete pump trucks, mobile shelters for miners during blasts, etc.
Additionally, our staff goes through specific safety training, which is supplemented by periodic updates (electrical clearances, first responders, CACES, etc.).
AUDEMARD is a fast-growing family group, with several smaller companies, which operates in 4 industrial businesses: Aggregate production, the manufacture of ready-mix concrete, the operation of landfills and the recovery of inert materials as well as the production of prefabricated concrete elements.
